As
I approached the task of writing this letter,
I wondered why the company decided to include
ten hours of community service as one of the qualifications
for Double Diamond. From a mercenary angle, I
can see that it would be a way to improve the
image of the company. It would also increase the
awareness of American Longevity and diversify
the kinds of people we bring into our downlines.
From an altruistic standpoint, I can see this
requirement encourages personal growth which can
then be projected down through our downlines.
The stronger the people, the stronger the company.
We become more useful to our downlines as well
as to the community. In essence, it takes the
focus away from exploiting the community for money
to contributing to our communities. For all the
reasons I just stated, I believe you have come
up with a wonderful program and I thank you. I
am choosing to align myself with East Valley Humanitarian
Center because they are involved helping local
people in need as well as people struggling in
third world countries. I have enjoyed preparing
dolls for needy children in the valley the Christmas
and putting together book bags, hygiene kits,
and birthing kits for third world countries. This
experience has opened my eyes to the great needs
of local people as well as people around the world.
I'm very excited to be a small part of bearing
other people's burdens.
I
thank you for having this program as a part of
our Double Diamond program and great American
Longevity company.
