Trading over Christmas (new)
The office and warehouse will be open for usual business up to and including Christmas eve. Please note however that we will have no courier facilities available between Christmas Day and New Years day. For all product orders required before Christmas Day, they must be placed with Customer Service by 5pm Thursday 16 December. This is on the basis that our couriers can take up to 5 days to deliver around Australia. Orders placed after Thursday 16 December may not be delivered to you by Christmas eve.
Please advise your downlines of this timeframe as we do not wish to disappoint anyone. To assist you we will ensure that we also put an advice with the next issue of commission cheques and with all orders leaving the warehouse from mid November.
We will clarify for the next newsletter whether the office will be open for the 3 days between Chistmas/Boxing Day and New Years Eve.
Register of Australian Longevity Distributor Websites (new)
To ensure that all electronic advertising undertaken by distributors continues to conform with TGA guidelines, I need to maintain a register of all websites relating to Australian Longevity products and/or Dr Wallach. I would appreciate if you can email me at meddy@alglobal.com with details of all websites (as above) that you are responsible for.
Planning Update for 2005 American Longevity visitors (new)
Based on the information that has been provided to me I have sent what I have, for Doc Wallach specifically, to American Longevity. I am waiting on their advice regarding his proposed itinerary and when I have details I will let everyone know.
Advertising by distributors (new)
As you would be aware I have recently distributed some basic facts regarding advertising criteria that distributors must use. These guidelines are produced to benefit you and your business and any variations away from these guidelines are not beneficial to either yourself or the company. We need for all distributors to help us by conforming to the guidelines and any help you can provide me to continue to get this message out is very much appreciated. We have included these details with all commission cheques issued in October and hopefully from now we can see some good results. I know that I am getting a lot more enquiries regarding individual advertising needs and this is good to see. I am endeavouring to turn theses requests around as quickly as possible and where I need to pass them onto American Longevity, they are also being proactive with their approvals. So all in all, I am getting considerable assistance from everyone which I thank everyone for. However, advertising is not a flash in the pan issue. It must be treated appropriately on an ongoing basis and I therefore need your continued support with this.
TAX (new)
Tax issues are not easy and I am still concerned that distributors may have some confusion regarding the tax details that have been provided to us and how these relate to any commissions paid by Australian Longevity. I again offer myself to you and I am more than happy to discuss any tax issue relating to your Australian Longevity business. Please note that I am not an accountant and I cannot give general tax advice. What I can provide is an understanding of how tax affects your commission payments and the documentation that you and your downlines need to have in place to take the best advantage of what the tax laws allow. If you want to discuss anything please ring me on 1800 756 467. I am more than happy to take the time and go over any tax issue and it will be in complete confidence.
Use of our Sydney premises (Reminder)
Its free! I’ll even provide the electricity and the air conditioning, you provide your business tools and whatever else you need. The premises at Castle Hill are available for use by any distributor Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and during the day (9am to 4pm Monday to Friday). Bookings can be made by contacting Mike Eddy on the 1800 number.
Direct sales to distributors from our Sydney premises (Reminder)
We sell all available products through our receptionist. Use the opportunity to purchase your products and save yourself the freight costs and waiting time for normal delivery.
