Placing Orders
When placing an order could you please advise the office of a convenient location to leave your parcel should there be no one at home to accept it. If you would like us to deliver to a Business address please advise. Unfortunately you can not place an order direct to American Longevity for any product out of Australia. Australian Longevity can only ship orders within Australia and not overseas.

Completing Associate Application Form
We have come across a few sign up forms with an overseas address or overseas Tax file number. At this stage we are only able to process an application form if it has an Australian address and Australian Tax file or ABN number.

Product Knowledge and Information
I would like to advise you that our Customer Service Department is not medically trained in anyway and we have been informed that is it imperative that NO medical information or advice is to be given by any staff member at Australian Longevity.

The only "Health" information that can be given by the staff or the company is what’s on the labels of the Products, in the product brochures given by the company, or references to the Company website www.Australian-Longevity.net We would be happy to refer any medical queries to Dr Edmund DeVroey on edv@longevinst.org to help assist you. You may also contact your upline for any further information.

AUTO SHIP INFORMATION
Please can you advise all your downlines that Autoship orders are processed approximately one month from the date received at Australian Longevity, for example if we receive a new Autoship form on the 22nd May, the first Auto ship order will be generated from our warehouse approx. on the 22nd June. Please allow for 5-10 working days for shipping. Cancellations and Changes for Auto ship must be received in writing via fax or mail.

Distribution - Annie Kimmings

Dear Distributors,

We now have the Ultra Cal and Balance Cream in stock for everyone to purchase!

Product Promotion
Every month we will promote one or two of our products. We hope that this will encourage your downline and their customers to try other products as well as their normal orders.

We are again promoting the New Balance Cream for Juny. The product code for the Balance Cream is 34204 priced at $49.50 and 21BV. Balance cream is absorbed into the skin and taken up by the fatty layer beneath. Australian Longevity’s Invision Balance Cream may be used by Women and Men of all ages.

We are also promoting all our FX products such as the Prost FX, Cardio FX. Please ask the Customer Service Department for more information.

Australia Post and Allied Express Courier Services
As a general rule, any order that is faxed or telephoned in to the office leaves within the next 24 to 48 hours from our warehouse. All PO Boxes will be shipped by Australia Post. Australia Post has informed us that it can take up to 5 to 10 working days to be delivered to your address. All other parcels will be delivered by Allied Express, either to your home or business address. In order to help assist you better, we ask that you use a Business Address. If this is not possible we ask that you assist us by having instructions to leave your parcel somewhere secure on your property (e.g. side or back of rear door). Allied Express will deliver parcels Australia Wide within 5 working days. Should you require your parcel the next day, we can use their overnight express service at an additional cost to you. Please remember that once the parcels leave our warehouse we have limited control as to how long it will get to you. Please notify the Customer Service Department if parcels are not received within 10 working days.

It is important that all consignees must continually rotatetheir stock. Every time you receive a new shipment, please sell the old before the new shipment. This will alleviate the products passing their "best before" dates. The Company will not be responsible to take back old stock which has not been rotated.

Allied Express v Australia Post
Annie has already outlined the changes to Allied as our major freight carrier. Whilst we will continue to use Australia Post for deliveries to post boxes, all deliveries to private and business addresses will be done by Allied. Delivery times are now generally halved to about 5 days. Delivery of our products to you is important to us and we ask that you contact us if you believe that your products are not being delivered within a reasonable timeframe. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

Survey responses
As Tia has already said we have received responses which will benefit us greatly. For those of you who have not responded to the survey I would ask that you please consider it and send us your reply. The survey results will ultimately help you all, in terms of our service improvements. How can we help you if we don’t know what to improve. Let me reassure you that all responses are confidential and will be used by us only.

Use of our Sydney premises
To assist you with your training and information initiatives, the premises at Castle Hill are available for use by any distributor each Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Further, the premises are now available during the day (from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday). Bookings can be made by contacting me on the 1800 number. Please let your Sydney based downlines know of this opportunity.

Direct sales to distributors from our premises
For those distributors in the Sydney area, we remind you that we do sell all available products through our receptionist. Next time you are in the Castle Hill area call into the premises and say hi anyway, but use the opportunity to purchase your products and save yourself the freight costs and waiting time for normal delivery.

Policy & Procedures Handbook
Every distributor should have a copy of the above guidelines. These cover every aspect of your relationship with Australian Longevity, to assist in developing your business, as well as the ethics of doing business. You should refer to these guidelines whenever possible and where you require clarification on any aspect, I ask that you contact me and I will resolve your issue. Should any of your downline require a copy, please contact the office.
