Dear all,

These newsletters are now posted on our website at www.australian-longevity.net and available for all distributors with internet access. If you can advise your downlines of this, you will greatly help to spread the communication.

As always, we welcome your views on our newsletter and these can be emailed to meddy@alglobal.com. We also want to include distributors comments or insights on any aspect that you feel will be constructive for other distributors, on a regular basis, so give us your input.

Dear Distributors,

Product Knowledge and Information
I would like to advise you that our Customer Service Department is not medically trained in anyway and we have been informed that is it imperative that NO medical information or advice is to be given by any staff member at Australian Longevity.

The only "Health" information that can be given by the staff or the company is what’s on the labels of the Products, in the product brochures given by the company, or references to the Company website www.Australian-Longevity.net We would be happy to refer any medical queries to Dr Edmund DeVroey on edv@longevinst.org to help assist you. You may also contact your upline for any further information.

Survey to all Diamond Distributors and Warehouse Consignee's
I will be sending you a Survey very soon to get your feedback and advice on how we can help and support your business at Australian Longevity. I would really appreciate you taking the time, to complete this survey for me please. We will use the results to improve our service and support to you.

AUTO SHIP INFORMATION
Please can you advise all your downlines that Autoship orders are processed approximately one month from the date received at Australian Longevity, for example if we receive a new Autoship form on the 22nd May, the first Auto ship order will be generated from our warehouse approx. on the 22nd June. Please allow for 5-10 working days for shipping. Cancellations and Changes for Auto ship must be received in writing via fax or mail.

We now have the Ultra Cal and Balance Cream in stock for everyone to purchase!

Products
Every month we will promote one or two of our products. We hope that this will encourage your downline and their customers to try other products as well as their normal orders.

We are promoting the New Balance Cream for the month of June. The product code for the Balance Cream is34204 priced at $49.50 and 21BV, Balance cream is absorbed into the skin and taken up by the fatty layer beneath. Australian Longevity’s Invision Balance Cream may be used by Women and Men of all ages.

Australia Post and Allied Express Courier Services
As a general rule, any order that is faxed or telephoned in to the office leaves within the next 24 to 48 hours from our warehouse. All PO Boxes will be shipped by Australia Post. Australia Post has informed us that it can take up to 5 to 10 working days to be delivered to your address. All other parcels will be delivered by Allied Express, either to your home or business address. In order to help assist you better,we ask that you use a Business Address. If this is not possible we ask that you assist us by having instructions to leave your parcel somewhere secure on your property (e.g. side or back of rear door). Allied Express will deliver parcels Australia Wide within 4 working days. Should you require your parcel the next day, we can use their overnight express service at an additional cost to you. Please remember that once the parcels leave our warehouse we have limited control as to how long it will get to you. Please notify the Customer Service Department if parcels are not received within 10 working days.

The Warehouse and Distribution Department endeavor to provide you the quality service you deserve!

A Friendly reminder to all those who are consignees: Please ensure that you rotating your stock. Every time you receive a new shipment, please sell the old before the new shipment. This will alleviate the products passing their use by dates.)

Look out for changes happening shortly
We are developing strategies that should provide you with greater assistance from us, both with your business development and with communication to your downlines. Over the coming weeks we will let you know what we propose and your advice back to us will be much appreciated, to ensure that we are on the right track.

One change to be immediately implemented
… is that from now on we have opened up the Sydney premises for use by any distributor during the day (from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday), to conduct their training and information programs. This has been something that a lot of distributors have asked for as some find it difficult to attend any scheduled nighttime events. Please discuss this business opportunity with your downlines located in Sydney. Bookings can be made by contacting me on the 1800 number.

Direct sales to distributors from our premises
For those distributors in the Sydney area, we remind you that we do sell all available products through our receptionist. Next time you are in the Castle Hill area call into the premises and say hi anyway, but use the opportunity to purchase your products and save yourself the freight costs and waiting time for normal delivery.

New receptionist
You may hear a new voice when you contact us. Nicole Campbell has recently joined the staff as our new receptionist and is working hard to be as informative for you as the rest of the staff.

Diamond University – July 2004
The momentum for these events has increased, with training now available in Sydney, Adelaide and the Gold Coast as follows:

An educational, inspiring and motivating experience not to be missed. Pick up ideas on how to increase your sales and network, not to mention the valuable knowledge that will be available. This is also an opportunity to meet with other distributors and to share ideas and experiences.
