Dear all,

We consistently hear from distributors who tell us that they do not get enough information. We do what we can when we can with commission cheque inserts and inclusion of flyers with orders, but we need consistent information to go out to all downlines.

We need you to help us by ensuring that you always pass on newsletter information to your downlines and warehouse clients. We can email newsletters to the various state warehouses and Diamonds but any further than that level is not practical.

To assist you to get the word around as widely as possible, every newsletter is now posted to the Australian company website www.australian-longevity.net If you simply advise your downlines of this, you need not then spend any great length of time or resources in spreading our message; just let your people know.

Any help that you can give us with distribution is much appreciated.

Your views on our newsletter can be emailed to meddy@alglobal.com and we want to include distributors comments as a regular segment, so give us your input.

AUTO SHIP INFORMATION
Please can you advise all your downlines that Autoship orders are processed approximately one month from the date received at Australian Longevity, for example if we receive a new Autoship form on the 22nd May, the first Auto ship order will be generated from our warehouse approx. on the 22nd June. Please allow for 5-10 working days for shipping. Cancellations and Changes for Auto ship must be received in writing via fax or mail.

Returned Material Authorisation (RMA)
We have a 30 Day Money Back guarantee for all our products. In accordance with the previously stated policy, no refunds are given or offered after 30 days from the date product is received by the customer. If you would like to return any product back to us you must have an RMA number (return material authorization). All requests for an RMA number must be received by telephone to Australian Longevity. Request for an RMA via fax or letter will not receive a response from Australian Longevity. After you have received the RMA# you have 10 days to return the product back to us. Credits will be issued for product amount only. Credits will not be issued for shipping and handling unless this is our error. After Australian Longevity receives returned product a credit will be issued within 7-14 business days.

Auto ship & Quickstart
Don’t forget at the beginning of March the Associate Quickstart qualifications changed from 140BV to 100BV. You must also be on Autoship at 100BV to qualify and receive the Quickstart bonus. So please encourage as many people as possible to make the most of our Autoship and bearing in mind that one extra bonus to be on Auto ship is all shipping and handling fees are waivered. Please remember when completing the Autoship form to sign the bottom of the application and ensure the full page has been completely filled out. If you do not complete this page fully this may take longer for your paper work to process. Also please note that unfortunately you can not pay an Autoship order on a Bankcard or Diners card. All other credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express are suitable.

Product Knowledge and Information
I would like to advise you that our Customer Service Department is not medically trained in anyway and we have been informed that is it imperative that NO medical information or advice is to be given by any staff member at Australian Longevity.
The only “Health “information that can be given by the staff or the company is what’s on the labels of the Products, in the product brochures given by the company, or references to the Company website www.Australian-Longevity.net. We would be happy to refer any medical queries to Dr Edmund DeVroey on edv@longevinst.org to help assist you. You may also contact your upline for any further information.

Placing Orders
Unfortunately you are not able place an order direct to American Longevity for any product out of Australia. Also please be advised that Australian Longevity can only ship orders within Australia and not overseas. To assist us in your paper work can you please ensure to write the correct ID#, Customers name and Address. This would greatly be appreciated and allows a smooth transition with your paper work.

Consignee Warehouses
All Consignee Warehouses, could you please ensure to submit your paper work into the office on the 28th of the month. This would greatly be appreciated from us all at Australian Longevity.

We are improving our delivery shipments by now using Allied Express. We have been trialing them over the past two months with very good feedback from Distributors receiving their parcel virtually the next working day. We will still continue to use Australia Post for all Distributors who have a PO Box; we will be using Allied Express for all consignments and orders. In order to help assist you with delivery of your parcel, can we please ask that you let customer service know of either of the following?

  • A Business Address
  • A Residential Address (with instructions to leave parcel at a particular part of the property if you are not home)

A Friendly reminder to all those who are consignees: Please ensure that you rotating your stock. Every time you receive a new shipment, please sell the old before the new shipment. This will alleviate the products passing their use by dates.)

Advertising
All distributors should be aware that the company has specific policies in place regarding any distributor wishing to issue advertising material. As our products are strictly regulated by the TGA, adherence to their advertising guidelines is critical. Distributors are to refer to the TGA website www.tga.gov.au for initial guideline details and should consider using professional assistance where required, to ensure that advertising wording or claims are within guideline boundaries. Once you have the wording clear and accurate, submissions can be directed to me. I will then refer your submission to American Longevity for decision.

Your input to us
Our role is to assist you in developing your business. As you know we maintain the administrative and warehouse aspects to help you do this and we continually react to any issues that you have.

We would like to do more and so long as it does not impact unduly on the day to day work that we do, I would be happy to have your thoughts. Let me have any suggestions.

Whilst our newsletters are distributed across Australia and across all downlines, I am more than happy to help advertise any of your local initiatives, wherever they are. Please send me your details and I will ensure that they get included in future newsletters. In this way I can hopefully assist to increase your business and profile within the distributor network.

Coming up in July, Dana Bedford’s group in Sydney is holding another Diamond University day at Oatlands Golf Club. Pick up ideas on how to increase your sales and network, not to mention the valuable knowledge that will be available. This is also an opportunity to meet with other distributors and to share ideas and experiences.
