Dear all,

With our fortnightly newsletter expanded to include the various state warehouses as well as all Diamonds, we hope that this has assisted you and that you are passing on information to your downlines, and warehouse clients.

Auto ship & Quickstart
Don't forget at the beginning of March the Associate Quickstart qualifications changed from 140BV to 100BV. You must also be on Autoship at 100BV to qualify and receive the Quickstart bonus. So please encourage as many people as possible to make the most of our Autoship and bearing in mind that one extra bonus to be on Auto ship is all shipping and handling fees are waivered. Please remember when completing the Autoship form to sign the bottom of the application.

Also please note that unfortunately you can not pay an Autoship order on a Bankcard or Diners card. All other credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express are suitable.

Consignee Warehouses
Shantell at American Longevity has welcomed us new paper work. You now have to complete the Australian Consignee Sales Summary Sheet with the Monthly or Bi-weekly sales Report with your paper work for us to process. Please do not leave any blanks on these forms and follow all procedures on the form. Only one batch a month is to be submitted unless told differently from myself or Shantell. There are slightly different forms for bi-weekly submission.

All consignee warehouses have to close out their warehouse on the 25th of the month. Any orders placed with you after the 25th will go towards next month's volume. Any Associate that places an order between the 26th and the end of the month MUST be told that their volume will not go in for that month. Everyone should have their batch submitted into the office on the 28th of the month. Please ensure your paper work is filled out correctly i.e. correct ID, Address and Customers name. This would be greatly appreciated and allows a smooth transition with your paper work.

Placing Orders
Please note unfortunately you can not order direct to American Longevity for any product out of Australia. Also please be advised that Australian Longevity can only ship orders within Australia and not overseas.

Diamond photos
HELP, Please can you send me your photo? I have only received 3 photo's to place on our wall of fame at our premises in Castle Hill. We are looking to hang photos of all Diamonds in the office. I would like the size of your photo to be 12.5cm width x 17.5cm length. We will provide your frame, I just need your picture. Please contact me if you require any details on 1800 756 467 ext 3004.

Dear Distributors,

Tracking Orders
The process of tracking orders is moving along smoothly, with little to no returns or lost in transit parcels. Other ways that may be beneficial for you to receive your products are:

• A business Address for delivery of your order
• An instruction to leave parcel at a designated area of your property

We would still request Distributors and Customers to call the Customer Service Department if they have not received their parcel within the Australia Post 10 working day time frame on 1800 756 467.

Products
Every month we will promote one or two of our products. We hope that this will encourage your downline and their customers to try other products as well as their normal orders.

We are promoting the Invision Skin Enhancer and the Invision Herbal Cream for April.

Staff Profile on Alberto Molinas
I have been with Australian Longevity for approximately six months now and have found it to be a learning experience in business and health. I have mostly worked in the logistics/warehousing industry. My hobbies and interests are State Soccer which I have been playing for two years now. I am from a Latin background so I enjoy participating in events from my culture, for example Salsa dancing. I like to keep fit and enjoy going out with my friends. I have a keen interest in computers.

Stock Rotation
A Friendly reminder to all those who are consignees: Please ensure that you rotating your stock. Every time you receive a new shipment, please sell the old before the new shipment. This will alleviate the products passing their use by dates.

Stock Rotation
Annie has raised an important aspect of your business. You should not be holding any more than 2 months stock in most cases and therefore proper rotation of stock should never pose any problems. However, it must be a conscious task that is undertaken and it is a standard business practice anyway.

The company is not obliged to replace 'old' stock for distributors who do not practice good stock rotation. Any requests to replace stock will be reviewed with this in mind. You need to ensure that you always purchase product volumes that you believe that you can move within 2 months.

Tax details retained in database
A further reminder, that we have reached the situation where it is imperative for us to retain accurate taxation information in our database. From now on, any new associate applications that we receive where tax details are not quoted or are incorrect, they will be established as a preferred customer and contacted for the correct details. Their status will remain unchanged until the correct details are provided. You can greatly assist us here by ensuring that your downlines are sufficiently trained in completion of documentation.

ABN holders registered for GST
All ABN holders who are registered for GST need to contact us on 1800756467, or email me or fax to 96594812. We need to note this on our database so that we are able to issue recipient invoices, to those distributors.

Use of Australian Longevity premises
All Associate distributors are able to use our premises at Castle Hill every Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, at no cost, to hold their own information and training nights. We take bookings for up to four weeks in advance, or for one off evenings further than the four weeks, to make access equally and fairly available to any Associate who requires the premises.
