PERSONAL ANNOUNCEMENT

We are pleased to announce that Patrice Guillard will be the Office & Logistics Manager for Australian Longevity. Pat (as he likes to be known) joined us as a casual 10 months ago in our distribution department. With his experience and knowledge in customer service management, he has accepted a position as the Office & Logistics Manager, relishing the opportunity to work alongside all of our wonderful distributors. Pat is excited about his new role and eager to work with, Annie, Kristina, Melissa, Cecile, Matthew and the rest of the Australian Team.

MESSAGE FROM Annie Kimmings -

Thank you to all of you who have participated in all those training nights, recruiting and most of all support in this last month. We are very grateful to Cheryl Rolfe as well for all her training and mentoring for the past six months. Recruitment, qualifying and sales have risen each month because of all your efforts….WELL DONE! As many of you know re-energizing can make all the difference out there in the field for old and new recruits.

Here are some questions that may wish to think about in the next coming month

1. What is going to be the driving force in your business in the future?
2. What is going to be the vehicle for taking your business to the next level and beyond?
3. What is going to ignite a success inferno in your business and stoke it every week?
4. What is going to create a downline wildfire of growth in your business?
5. What is going to direct, navigate and guide you through the challenges that lie ahead for the rest of this year?

These are tough questions for some and quite easy for others nevertheless you may want to take time to ponder them……The answer should be just one word and one word for all of the five questions. That word is going to be the defining factor in your ultimate success or lack of it. It is the kerosene that fuels a fire storm of success in your downline and your life if you let it. It is written on the walls of the successful distributors’ hearts, branded in their minds and reflected in their eyes. It is the catalyst for higher performance in anything, and can create more success in your business than you ever imagined. Anything that has been written about this business points to this enormous power in some way. It is Leadership – true, pure, unbridled leadership! The most powerful force in Network Marketing success! Secondly, we would have to add Passion. “Passion is the weapon to success and Leadership is the most powerful force in network marketing success. Truly no amount of instruction, training or teaching will ever equal the explosive success power of passionate leadership!”

DIAMOND LEADERSHIP RETREAT
To be held at the fabulous Nara Sea World Resort on the Gold Coast on the weekend of 14/15th October, 2006. Our first annual Diamond Leadership Retreat is an exciting new incentive program for Diamond Executive, Double Diamond and Triple Diamond Executive Leaders. AUSTRALIAN DISTRIBUTOR CONFERENCE
The second Australian Longevity Conference will now be held on February 16-17, 2007 at Luna Park Convention Centre in Sydney. Please call our office to register NOW. Check-in begins at 6.00pm on Friday 16th and the event concludes at 11.30pm on Saturday 17th.
